week 1 09.19.2016Dong Wei
I am Dong Wei. I come from China. Chinese is my first language. I like our language. It is the one of the hardest language in the world. More and more people are leaning Chinese. I am good at reading，listing and reading in my language, but I am terrible at writing in Chinese. I don't like writing. Therefore, I just got a average grades in my college entrance examination. Because, nowadays we don't always write essay. We usually text short message or email to other people.Right now,we want to enter our college. We have to practice more writing for the entrance examination.We need read more good essay or sentence and learn how to use it in our own essay. More practice More learn. I wish that I can get a big progress in my writing class.
Week 2 09.26.2016
My strategies is that rewrite my essay and correct my mistakes. Actually I write my essay a little slowly. Because I need more time to think my idea. I always have no extra time to edit my essay in the test or in time writing. I always don't read my essay when I finished. I know that is not good way for my writing. So I will change that in the future. Reading the drafts can find the errors and improve my essay. Before I write something, I usually do some search from website in order to get more idea and information. I tried some of strategies,but it doesn't work for me. It is so bad for me .I think writing is so hard for me..
We are the sane case because we are from Asia. In here, we have a lot of things need to adapt such as : foods, healthcare , and language ( especially writing in English ), but we need try our best !!! Good luck to you and me :)
ReplyDeleteThanks . Good luck to you. I already adapt the food. I like American food. Therefore I got a lot fat....We need to learn a lot in the future. It is a long trip.
DeleteHas I understand, there are different types of Chinese dialect. Are those different or can you understand each other?
ReplyDeleteWe usually speak dialect. Not writing. Writing is only one style. There are a lot of dialect in China. Some of them are similar. some of them are very different.I only understand a few of the dialect.
DeleteI used to be in the same situation with you, I wasted my time a lot to think and brainstorm the points. Sometime, I search on the internet to find the meaning or the examples of the topics.
